Each WEAZER unit is equipped with an original Off-grid HEMS (Home Energy Management System) developed by ARTH.
The system continuously monitors solar generation, battery charge, and rainwater levels, allowing users to see their self-sufficiency status at a glance.
Guests can intuitively track which appliances are consuming energy, when usage peaks occur, and how eco-friendly their stay is compared to past performance — all while enjoying a luxurious, comfortable environment in harmony with nature.
Beyond monitoring, the AI-powered HEMS forecasts future energy conditions by combining weather data with past consumption trends.
When a potential shortage is predicted, it automatically optimizes air-conditioning and other systems to maintain comfort while conserving energy.
In emergencies, power can even be supplied from an EV, managed seamlessly by the system.

When people think of energy, they often imagine electricity. Yet in daily life, much of that electricity is used to create heat — for air conditioning, hot water, or cooking.
Meanwhile, countless sources of heat surround us: geothermal warmth, bathwater, and household exhaust — energy that usually goes unused.
As a completely off-grid system, WEAZER produces and consumes energy locally, based on a “local production for local use” design philosophy.
ARTH’s Heat Circulation system captures and reuses heat from showers, baths, fireplaces, and HVAC exhaust, supplying it again for heating, cooling, and water.
This process can achieve roughly three times the energy efficiency of a conventional home.
By circulating what was once discarded, WEAZER transforms waste into potential — a quiet innovation that maximizes every unit of energy.
Dual-Source Air Conditioning — Two Hearts Working as One
Building on the Heat Circulation concept, WEAZER introduces a Dual-Source Air Conditioner that automatically switches between water-cooled and air-cooled systems depending on the season and demand.
During normal operation, about 70% of cooling and heating needs are covered by the highly efficient water-cooled system, which uses rainwater or wastewater heat.
During extreme summer or winter peaks, the air-cooled mode supplements performance as needed.
This hybrid operation boosts the overall Coefficient of Performance (COP), maintaining high efficiency throughout the year.
Like a hybrid vehicle that seamlessly switches between electric and gasoline modes, WEAZER’s “two hearts” adapt intelligently to changing conditions.
This flexibility strengthens off-grid resilience and even enables high-energy facilities — such as saunas — to operate comfortably and sustainably.
