WEAZER offers many possibilities — from product purchase to technology integration, or transforming entire districts to off-grid.
Whatever your vision, let's begin the conversation.

WEAZER GARDEN

WEAZER GARDEN – The Evolution from Point to Area

WEAZER Nishi-Izu: the world’s first off-grid module — a single point.

WEAZER Nishi-Izu KAI: the philosophy evolved — forming a line.

Now, expanding from line to plane: WEAZER Garden.

Not merely facility expansion.
A comprehensive vision — where multiple buildings, diverse functions, and the surrounding natural environment weave together into an integrated whole.

The final form of WEAZER’s presence in Nishi-Izu.
A model for sustainable community.

A Multi-Functional Hub

Unlike previous single-villa accommodations, WEAZER Garden is conceived as a complex — the central node of the area.

Entrance. Restaurant. Multiple lodging buildings. Offices.
All integrated.

From this hub:
check-in services, dining, shuttle transport — coordinated across the entire WEAZER area.

The restaurant will feature Japanese cuisine — centered on sushi.
ARTH also operates Loquat Nishi-Izu in the same area, offering French-inspired local cuisine.
Together, diverse culinary experiences for guests.

Beyond hospitality:
a place where architecture, dining, and nature create a complete experience.

A Site of Extraordinary Beauty

The planned site: over 2,000 square meters of level land.

Below: Suruga Bay stretching to the horizon.
Beyond: mountain ridges of Nishi-Izu.
A panorama of rare grandeur.

In spring, Kawazu cherry blossoms bloom around the property — nature and architecture in harmony.

A landscape found nowhere else.

A Landmark for Nishi-Izu

The largest WEAZER project to date. In scale. In vision.

Designed not only for overnight guests and diners, but as an open public space — accessible to the local community.

Iconic design representing Nishi-Izu.
WEAZER’s core off-grid technology.
These elements fused.

The goal: not merely a perfect standalone facility, but a catalyst — elevating the entire area’s appeal and vitality.

Learning from Experience: TheMana Village
In Tosashimizu, Kochi Prefecture, ARTH operates TheMana Village — a hospitality project where an abandoned pool facility was transformed into Azzurissimo, an ocean-view restaurant.

Beyond its role as dining venue, Azzurissimo became a community anchor — raising regional awareness, attracting visitors, hosting local festivals like “TheMana Fest”.

A place where residents and guests converge. Where landscape meets culture.

Building on this experience, WEAZER Garden aspires to become a similar hub — connecting Nishi-Izu’s land, culture, and people. A space of co-creation. Where daily life and destination experience intertwine.

*Beyond restaurant functions: wedding venue, festival space, community gathering point.
