ARTH Inc. will open the second unit of “WEAZER,” its fully off-grid module that generates 100% of its electricity and water from natural sources, as a luxury accommodation in Nishi-Izu in the fall of 2025.
The new model marks a major evolution from the first—advancing both hardware and software to deliver greater architectural freedom, higher energy efficiency, and smarter living that redefines what it means to live in harmony with nature.

A Sanctuary Overlooking Suruga Bay

The new WEAZER will rise on a spectacular site in Nishi-Izu, offering uninterrupted views across Suruga Bay.
Here, the horizon stretches endlessly before you while the sounds of waves and birds weave a tranquil rhythm—an environment that engages all five senses.

The property features natural valleys and streams flowing through the grounds, providing visitors with deep restoration and peace.

Architectural design is handled by SUPPOSE DESIGN OFFICE, renowned for blending Japanese tradition with contemporary sensibility.

On a 1,000 m² site stands a 150 m² residence designed for only one group per day—an ultimate expression of privacy and calm.

ARTH’s proprietary “Off-grid HEMS” uses AI to analyze real-time data—weather forecasts, occupancy, user behavior, and past consumption patterns—to predict upcoming energy demand and production.
